| Wed 1st February 2012 (6-9pm) | Round sponge cake, with bow topper | Learn to buttercream and ice your cake, as well as add that perfect bow as the finishing touch. | £40 |

| Sat 4th February 2012 (11-3pm) | Tiered cake – Spots & Stripes | A great class for those who have already done the single tier class. This is slightly more advanced, and teaches how to stack cakes, and complete a beautiful 2 tier cake. | £65 |

Our classes are run in our purpose-built teaching facility, located on the first floor of our shop.
We require your class to be paid in full, upon booking.
The payment is non-transferable and non-refundable.
For Saturday classes, please bring your lunch with you and we are delighted to provide tea and coffee.
